REVISIONS POLICY

The number of revisions provided is determined by the package you select. You are entitled to as many revisions as outlined in your chosen package. At SM Frontiertech, we prioritize client satisfaction and are committed to refining your design until it meets your expectations. No additional charges will be applied unless the core design concept is altered. Revised versions are typically delivered within 48 hours

REFUND POLICY

Refunds at SM Frontiertech will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • A special package has been selected.
  • The initial design concept has already been approved.
  • Revisions have been requested.
  • The project was cancelled due to reasons unrelated to the company.
  • There has been no communication from the client for more than two weeks.
  • Violation of SM Frontiertech’s policies.
  • Another company or designer has been hired for the same project.
  • The creative brief lacks sufficient detail.
  • A complete change in design direction is requested.
  • The refund request exceeds the specified time frame for refund eligibility.
  • The business associated with the project has shut down or changed its name/structure.
  • Non-service related reasons like “change of mind” or “partner disagreement” are cited.

If a client purchases a service bundle and is dissatisfied with one specific service, the refund will only apply to that individual service, not the entire bundle.

Refunds are not applicable after 7 days from the date of purchase.

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Social Media Marketing/Management
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Domain Registration
  • Logo Copyrights & Trademarks
  • Web Hosting & Paid Plugins (SSL/DDoS)

In website-related projects, refunds are not applicable once the design is approved and development has begun.

Refunds will not be considered once a logo or website design has been approved.

In cases where a client fails to provide the initial design brief within 10 days of placing the order, a partial refund (not exceeding 25%) may be issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel any services related to website development or maintenance. This period allows us to properly conclude all ongoing work and ensure a smooth transition.

To cancel, please submit your notice via email, including your reason and any specific requests for the handover process.

Once your notice is received, we will coordinate with you to complete pending tasks and provide a copy of your website files and data.

Failure to provide 30 days’ notice will result in a 50% service fee based on the purchased service value.

Once your refund request is received, we will conduct a thorough analysis and respond as soon as possible. Upon successful refund, you will no longer hold any rights to the designs provided by SM Frontiertech. These materials may be submitted to the appropriate government copyright agencies to ensure legal compliance.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The terms and conditions of SM Frontiertech are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Both you and SM Frontiertech agree to the jurisdiction of federal and state courts in the United States.

If you reside outside of the U.S., local laws may apply. Citizens of the European Union may pursue legal claims in the courts of their country of residence.

All claims must be filed within 30 days of the dispute’s origin. Any claims made after this period will be considered void. No recovery of damages will be permitted except legal costs and attorney fees.

Should a dispute arise, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. If resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the matter will be submitted to mediation. Failing that, parties may pursue their legal rights under applicable law.

DELIVERY POLICY

Your complete order will be delivered to the account provided in your order confirmation. A confirmation email will also be sent. Turnaround times vary depending on your selected package, with a minimum delivery time of 2 business days.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

SM Frontiertech maintains records of all finalized designs. In the event of a lost order, we will be able to retrieve and re-send your files.

SM Frontiertech takes full responsibility for all communication made through our official email domain “…@smfrontiertech.com” and phone numbers listed on our website.

We will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from communication made through unofficial channels. If a client does not respond within 45 days, project reactivation charges may apply.
